Our goal at Orion Jewelry Welders is to make our products affordable, reliable, and long lasting. The following policies are to ensure customers are satisfied with Orion Jewelry Welders products.

Returns:

Orion Jewelry Welders offers a 30-day return policy on all products. Before sending a product back please contact Orion Jewelry Welders to receive an RMA number. The RMA number should appear clearly on the outside of the package. Customers are refunded via check. Please note that a 6% restocking fee will apply to all returns. In some cases, a merchant fee may apply. Equipment damaged by improper use or insufficient shipping precautions will be charged additional fees.

Repairs:

All Sunstone Products come with a 2 year repair warranty. Orion Jewelry Welders will repair all defects in craftsmanship without charge during this time period (excluding the cost of shipping). This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of Orion Jewelry Welders products. This warranty does not include consumable items, such as welding electrodes. Orion Jewelry Welders is dedicated to keeping our products operating at peak performance for years to come. Any repairs needed after the warranty period are performed at cost, typically in the range of $50 to $100 USD.

International Orders:

Orion Jewelry Welders is happy to ship products internationally. International customers should be prepared to pay their country's customs, duties, and taxes. Also, international customers should be prepared to pay all shipping costs on any returns and repairs.
